When we arrive at check in 4:00 we got our room and once we got there the room was dirty. It hadn't been cleaned from the stay before us. We got a new room away for our nicer view and it was better but still dirty, the floors were gross. My friend slept on the couch and got a rash, the living room Ac was leaking. There was dirty dishes left on the balcony. The room tv wasn't working due to internet issues. We had only a tiny trash can in the kitchen. The bonfires outside were out of service.
I was super excited as the website over hypes this place and sadly it did not meet expectations. This place has so much potential just needs way better maintenance and housekeeping.

The condo did not have any drinking glasses. They had 12 wine glasses and 12 coffee mugs and 3 whisky glasses. Zero water glasses. We drank out of the whiskey glasses and coffee cups during our stay. This condo can accommodate 8 people. Door knob to outdoor patio was broke and a few broken blinds, furniture and carpets could use a deep clean and the dishwasher wheels were off the bottom rack. It is a great location and bedding and set up of condo was great and indoor laundry was nice and clean. But they had more spatulas then water glasses. It is as if they haven't done a maintenance in a while- a bit neglected for the price. I will probably stay here again but will ask to not be put in condo 1311.

The one thing I truly appreciated was a staff. They were awesome. It’s the fact that we were staying there for two days and they have construction going on both sides of the hotel very noisy. One of the constructions was right next to the pool so the crew of the construction can look down on you if you were swimming or wanting to swim, I was looking so forward to that couldn’t even get in the pool because of that fact that was the only thing that really bothered us
